Kathryn Down

Kathryn joined Samuels in October 2023 as a conveyancing assistant and now works in a legal secretarial capacity,  assisting partner, Mark Cummings, with property disputes. She brings with her many years of wealth and experience within the property and conveyancing industry, having worked in this sector for over 12 years.

Kathryn is extremely professional and efficient. She has a very friendly and polite manner and is very approachable. She is at ease in dealing with clients, other solicitors, experts and estate agents either on the phone or in the office.

When not at work Kathryn enjoys going on long walks, reading and spending time with her family (not forgetting the puppy) and friends.
