Gillian Hibbard
Partner
Gillian joined Samuels in 2014 as a Trainee solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2017. She works mainly from our Kingsbridge office, helping clients with property matters.
She has qualified into Property Law after spending over 2 years working in that area and thoroughly enjoying it. Having been able to work on a vast variety of matters from straightforward sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, to managing lease extensions for blocks of flats, buying building plots both with and without planning permission, and negotiating challenging deeds of variation and easements between neighbours, she loves that no two days are the same.
She is calm and organised, and enjoys getting to know her clients. After a previous career in Direct Marketing, her wealth of client-focused commercial experience and her excellent academic background make her a real asset to the firm. She is calm under pressure and she thrives in a busy environment.
If you require assistance with private client services including will drafting, powers of attorney, setting up trusts and providing tax advice, Gillian can arrange this for you.
Gillian has a young son, and enjoys running, reading and a decent wine, in her spare time.
Gillian will call you back or you can send an email directly to: gch@samuels-solicitors.co.uk
