Expert Conveyancing Solicitors Based in Cornwall and Devon Covering the Whole of the UK
Moving house is hard work, but your solicitor shouldn't add to your stress. Having the right solicitor on hand will make the whole experience better. Our essential guide to the home buying process, which has been prepared by our Devon & Cornwall expert conveyancing solicitors to assist you through every step of the procedure, can be found by clicking here.
From the beginning of the transaction through to completion, Samuels Solicitors, based in Barnstaple and Kingsbridge, will ease the strain and make the conveyancing process as quick, easy and stress free as possible. We will guide you through the whole experience of buying or selling a property, giving advice and support where and when it is most needed.
We understand how important it is to our clients that they are kept informed about how their sale or purchase is progressing. This is why we will always be available by telephone if you or your estate agent want to give us a call.
We have been buying and selling property for clients throughout Devon and beyond for over 30 years, and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Wherever you are, we can act for you provided the property you want to buy or sell is located in England or Wales.
We are members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme – the mark of excellence for the home buying process. This means that the service we offer will be of the highest standards, with personal approachable client service, which is second to none.
Because we know that your time is precious, we will keep you updated throughout your transaction by email, post, or telephone – whichever is more convenient for you. If you happen to be passing and want to pop into one of our offices, you will always be made to feel welcome.
Wherever possible, we will only ever charge you a fixed fee, which we will agree with you at the outset. When we have agreed a fixed fee with you, this means we won't add on any extra legal fees later on. Some firms make extra charges for completing your stamp duty return, or for storing your deeds for you. Some will even charge you extra if you want to speak to them on the telephone. We won't, because that would not meet the high standard of client care that we set ourselves.
Our clients come back to us years down the line when they are buying or selling again, because the great service we provided has stuck in their mind. We also find that many of our new clients have been recommended to us by their friends and family.
If you want to compare our fees to another firm, then just give us a call. We will be happy to give you a quote for free and you will have the opportunity to speak to our friendly and dedicated staff. Make sure you ask the right questions when you are asking for fixed fees from other firms, to see what will be added to your bill later on.
Buying and selling your home is probably the biggest single transaction you make – don’t let stress spoil the experience.
