Emily Farmer

Emily joined Samuels in August 2021 and is a fantastic addition to the Samuels team. She is an experienced legal assistant and conveyancing executive working within the firm's busy Conveyancing Department. 

With a background in residential conveyancing since 2005, Emily assists Gillian Hibbard in our highly respected Kingsbridge office. Alongside this role she works behind the scenes with our Cashier to ensure the smooth-running of financial matters.

Emily assists with a wide variety of conveyancing matters, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as the sale of land.

Emily is an ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a true passion to strive within the legal and financial environment. She is familiar with working under the pressure of a busy conveyancing department and always displays a first-class and client focused attitude.

Outside of work, Emily juggles a busy family life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and walks with her dogs along the south Devon and Cornwall coastline.
