Samuels achieve Lexcel Accreditation for another consecutive year

Lexcel is the Legal Practice Quality Mark for client care operated by the Law Society. Only firms that meet the Society's very high standards in relation to client care, management of risk, relations with other people, their  structure and strategy, financial information and file and case management, are able to achieve this accreditation.

To achieve such an accreditation is recognition of excellent service and practice management in all areas of work undertaken at Samuels Solicitors.

The Covid 19 pandemic presented challenges and difficulties to a wide range of businesses, including law firms. Although restrictions are easing, the knock-on effect will be felt for many years. Despite the problems encountered by not being able to meet clients in person for a great deal of the time, we have managed this  carefully and effectively, to ensure that our high standards continue to be met. 

We are therefore very proud to announce that we have again been accredited to the Lexcel scheme for another twelve months.

As lawyers, this achievement  ensures us that we continue to offer services which meet the high standards of excellence set by the Law Society and that our clients can be reassured that the services they receive have been accredited as providing quality practice management standards.
